Time Out Therapies uses a holistic approach to massage, whereby the depth, pressure and type of massage movements to be used will be discussed with the client prior to treatment. Standard 'routines' are not followed and each massage varies from person to person to suit their individual requirements, from deep tissue massage to gentle relaxation massage. Carrier oils are also warmed prior to massage.
