Established since 2004, Time Out Therapies is run from a professional home clinic in Stoke Gifford, Bristol by the owner, Sandra Harris. It offers a range of therapies which aim to leave you deeply relaxed and refreshed with an improved sense of well being, balance and calm.

The services offered by Time Out Therapies are registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), The Bowen Therapy Professional Association (BTPA) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
