Making an Appointment
Knowing what busy lifestyles we all lead, I’ve structured my appointment system to enable you to come and see me when it most suits you.
|Day||First Appointment||Last Appointment|
Your appointment will be confirmed by Time Out Therapies using text or email (your choice) 24hrs in advance, where applicable. Please be aware that if you are late in arriving for your appointment or consultation, this may limit the treatment time that I have reserved for you.
Your Initial Consultation
A preliminary medical and lifestyle consultation is taken during your first visit. 30 minutes will be added to your first appointment to allow for this. If required I will recommend, based on our discussion, which treatment(s) I feel would be most beneficial to you to manage your symptoms. Equally, if you have a specific treatment in mind I will be happy to book that in. All of the information that you provide ensures that I can personalise your treatments* to gain the optimum benefit, and will be treated in the strictest confidence.
If you would like bring someone with you for all or part of your consultation please let me know in advance so I can set the room up to accommodate them. Children under 16 should always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Due to the demand for appointments, a cancellation charge of £10 will be made for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Accommodating Late Arrivals
All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for full therapeutic benefits of your treatment. Please be aware that if you are late in arriving for your appointment or consultation, this may limit the treatment time that I have reserved for you.
*The therapies offered are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please consult your doctor about any health concerns you may have. Where appropriate I will work in conjunction with your medical practitioner and other health care practitioners. Client privacy is respected at all times.
